Orders and products

Product descriptions, photographs, sizes and availability are provided to help you choose. Colours may appear differently on different screens. We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate; please contact us if you need clarification before ordering. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order or identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The currency for the Irish market is EUR. The checkout will show the total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you place your order. Payment is due at checkout and is processed by the payment provider selected there.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Maeve Arden currently accepts orders for delivery to Ireland only. Delivery estimates and return arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces statutory rights under Irish or applicable EU consumer law, including rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, refunds and delivery.

Use of the website

You must provide accurate information when ordering and must not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website. Website content, including text, design and images, is owned by or licensed to Maeve Arden and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law.
