We offer a 30-day returns period from the day you receive your order. This additional store policy does not reduce your statutory rights.

Your 14-day right to cancel

For most online purchases delivered in Ireland, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us clearly within that period by emailing info@maeve-arden.com or using our online cancellation page. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect or try clothing as you would in a shop; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and fit.

Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase. We refund using the original payment method. Where the law allows, we may wait until we receive the goods or proof they have been sent back. Statutory refunds are made within the timeframe required by law.

Our additional 30-day returns period

If you contact us after the statutory 14-day cancellation period but within 30 days of delivery, we may accept a change-of-mind return under this additional store policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please email us first for return instructions. The customer pays the postage for an approved change-of-mind return under this additional period.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us promptly with your order number and, if possible, photographs. Your statutory rights are unaffected; we will explain the appropriate remedy and return arrangements.

Sale items are not excluded from statutory cancellation or consumer rights. Legal exceptions, including certain personalised goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, apply only where the law provides.
