Delivery Questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually take 1–3 working days to process and a further 5–9 working days in transit. These are estimates. Tracking details are emailed when available. Orders placed after 6pm Irish time, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will also send you an email with your tracking number.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected European countries. Delivery costs and times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Most online orders have a 14-day statutory cancellation period. Maeve Arden also offers an additional returns period of up to 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Sale items are not excluded from statutory rights.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be unused, undamaged, with the original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Who pays the return postage?
Unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Size Questions
What should I know about sizing?
Measurements in the size chart may vary by around 1–2 cm depending on the fabric and design. We recommend allowing for this difference when choosing your size.
How do I measure myself correctly?
To choose the right size, use a tape measure to measure your bust, waist and hips. Note down your measurements and compare them with the size chart for each product.
Are these based on standard European sizes?
Yes, our sizes follow European standards. Please note that measurements may vary by around 1–2 cm depending on the specific style and fabric.
What happens if my size is out of stock?
You can sign up for a back-in-stock notification directly on the product page. We’ll let you know when your preferred size is available again.
